This will be my 9th year as Vintage Ohio's executive coordinator for the chef demonstration culinary tent at Lake Metroparks Farm Park. I also am in charge of the culinary demonstrations at Farm Fest at Lake Metroparks Farm Park.

FredHot! Fred Stoldt

Fred Hot has a long story and Fred likes to talk too much so we'll shorten it to say that he claims to have gained his culinary skills in some unexplained manner and is self-taught. While he was in the Army he gained the nickname "Freddie Crocker" and his personal pickiness of food, especially hot sauce, had him starting a Hot Sauce, pickling, and spice blend company 10 years ago after being pushed by some of his co-workers to do so and he turned it into a business based off his humor and joking personality here he stands as FRED HOT.

I have always had a love to cook and feed others. 

After serving in the Army as a helicopter crew chief, I became a student of all styles and cuisines of cooking. That passion has led to many great friendships nationwide, including proudly becoming a part of the Blackstone Griddle Crew.
